Dungeon Crawler Carl is one of the most popular series in the LitRPG space, a burgeoning subgenre of fantasy and sci-fi that injects video game tropes like stats, health bars, and inventory screens into prose novels. Written by Matt Dinniman, the series has become a mainstream hit over the past few years; the seventh novel in the series, The Inevitable Ruin, is currently in Amazon’s top 10 most-read books of the week. Fans can soon add eye-catching hardcover editions of three more Dungeon Crawler Carl books to their collection.
While Dinniman continues to self-publish paperback and ebook versions of the series, Penguin Random House imprint Ace began releasing hardcover editions of the Dungeon Crawler Carl series last fall. The first three books are currently available in hardcover format, and the next three are up for preorder at Amazon.
