U.S. economy adds 177,000 jobs in April and unemployment stays at 4.2%

The U.S. economy added 177,000 jobs in April, beating analyst expectations which were set for an increase of about 133,000 jobs. The unemployment rate remained unchanged at 4.2%. NBC News’ Christine Romans and Caleb Silver, editor-in-chief of Investopedia, analyze the latest numbers.
